Tornata in Francia fu arrestata e incarcerata nella prigione femminile di Aichach, dove rimase fino al termine della Seconda guerra mondiale.<\/p>\n<p>Rientrata in Italia, nel 1946 fu eletta nell&#8217;Assemblea Costituente della Repubblica Italiana nel Gruppo Comunista.
